DETROIT IN PLAIN SIGHT(2020)

BRAND IDENTITY / SCAVENGER HUNT
PROJECT OVERVIEW
This project is a heavily research based around the city of Detroit. Our research concluded that though the city is up and coming once again there is still a deep wealth disparity, as well as systemic issues that need to be addressed and brought to the forefront. "Detroit In Plain Sight" is a designed educational scavenger hunt that takes the individual(s) around the city of Detroit to expose the consequences of gentrification and funding only the downtown/midtown neighborhoods.

Detroit is a beautiful city with a rich history and vibrant culture. As time goes on the downtown areas are becoming more of an attractive tourist spot, and with new buildings and renovations constantly happening many new residents are finding themselves settling in the heart of the City.

As the economy booms, much of the city still suffers, especially residents who have generations of family who call Detroit home.
